Naples waterfront: Plebiscito, Santa Lucia and Castel dell’Ovo
Keep this route on available public streets, with the castle as an exterior landmark. Castel dell’Ovo is still worth naming, but its closed interior should not be the required endpoint of your walk.

Naples: Spaccanapoli and a booked Sansevero visit
Let the Sansevero slot anchor a short old-town walk. The Veiled Christ deserves concentrated looking, while Spaccanapoli’s squares and church settings give you useful stops outside the museum.

Naples: Via dei Tribunali pizza and craft streets
Use one pizzeria as the main food stop, then explore nearby squares and craft streets. A good pizza outing needs time to eat and an honest queue plan, rather than a promise that every famous venue has instant seating.

Naples from Vomero: castle view or San Martino collection?
Choose one main hilltop visit and plan the transport around it. Castel Sant’Elmo and San Martino are neighbours with different collections and admissions; the climb is not an extra stop between two old-town bookings.

A first weekend in Nara: temples, lanterns and tea
Spend two days in Nara with Todaiji and Nigatsudo, Kasuga Taisha’s lanterns, a kamameshi lunch and a Naramachi tea stop.

Kasuga Taisha: lantern paths, cloisters and deer
Walk Kasuga Taisha’s wooded lantern approach, distinguish special cloister access from general worship and plan deer encounters with care.

Todaiji and Nigatsudo: the Great Buddha and a hillside walk
Plan Todaiji’s Great Buddha Hall, Nandaimon guardians and optional Nigatsudo climb with separate admissions, a meal stop and a shorter route.

National Museum of Cambodia: sculpture, courtyard and a no-rush visit
Pair the museum’s Khmer sculpture galleries with an unhurried courtyard break. The official visitor page gives practical ticket, guide and photography rules to check before you arrive.

A first weekend in New Orleans
Give the first day to the Quarter’s streets, one museum and a music choice, then use the second for City Park or a separate neighbourhood outing. Meals and transport deserve their own space in the plan.

French Quarter by day: streets, architecture and river views
Choose a short Quarter route with time to notice balconies and street corners. Jackson Square, Chartres Street and the riverfront can form a useful outing without making every stop a paid attraction.
